2007 Detroit Autorama Don Ridler Memorial Award Winner

It has been a long time coming the completion of this street rod since Ross Meyers bought this car when he was 9 years old. He paid very little for the car, but then 9-year-olds don't have much money.. The car sat in his grandfathers barn for decades before pulling it out and letting Troy Trapenier and the crew from Rad Rides try their skilled hands at turning it into something special.

Well they did, and Ross and Beth Meyers couldn't be happier with their new ride. Of course taking home one of the sports most coveted awards doesn't hurt as they have just now officially been notified their vehicle is the Ridler Award winner.

The car features modifications too extensive to even begin to mention in the space and time allowed here, but you can look forward to a complete feature in Street Rodder in the coming months. We will also roundup plenty of build photos that can be viewed right here on www.streetrodderweb.com
